4 Benefits of Exercise to Clear your Energy Field!
Are you like me? Can you get bogged down in information and
feelings that may not belong to you (empath)? Over the last 10 years I have
realized the benefits that exercise has on my etheric body, and clearing out my
energetic space!
I don’t get too “stuck’ on what type of exercise needs to
occur. Technically, it is ANY exercise that you WILL DO, that increases your
heart rate and helps you get out of breath! I tend to choose the elliptical or
spin bike to help me increase my heart rate, but again, do anything you will do
and you will like.
When we increase our breath and our heart rate, this
automatically allows stagnant energy to be released from our bodies. I don’t
know how or why it occurs, all I know is that it works. I always feel calmer,
more focused, and less agitated after any type of workout.
At the very minimum, if you have a bad day at work or a fight
with your husband or your kiddo, I would aim for at least 20 minutes on that
given day, as soon as you can. If you have to do it after you get out of work,
I would aim to do it before anything else, and before you sit down for the
evening. If you’re a stay at home parent, I always recommend first thing in the
morning or during a naptime.
If you can create a weekly schedule for yourself, that’s
even better to help you with negative energy maintenance! If you can do at
least 3 – 4 days a week of some small workout, that would be the best. From
there, I expect you will realize the difference in your negativity and want to
increase it even more and potentially add other energy clearing activities in
to your schedule.
Benefit #1.) Exercise
helps you to release Endorphins! Endorphins are chemicals released by the
body to help with stress and pain. Immediately after exercise, you can feel a
rush of these to help you feel better and get an exercise “high”. Endorphins
certainly help to make it easier to have a positive outlook on life, and people
with higher levels have much less depression. This is one of the easiest ways
to feel “happy” in your life, which is something we all need.
Benefit #2.) Exercise
helps you to feel more Confident! When we exercise, most often we feel
stronger, prettier, more fit, and at a healthier weight. All of these things
help us to feel more confident in ourselves, and therefore, trust ourselves,
our feelings, and our behaviors! It’s easy to doubt ourselves, and not listen
to our inner-guidance, but exercising again, helps to clear out any gunk in our
energy centers, allowing ourselves to trust what is coming through for us. When
we feel more confident, this is due to a clearing of our “Sacral Chakra” energy
center, so it’s a win-win on multiple levels.
Benefit #3.) Exercise
helps clear out our Mind and improves our Cognitive Function! Remember how I talked about exercising to
really get out of breath? This helps to improve the blood flow to all areas in
our body, including our brain! This helps us with our overall brain health and
our memory. As we all age, day by day, we can become forgetful or lose focus on
things. Bringing more blood into the mind, and clearing out the stagnant energy
helps tremendously.
Benefit #4.) Exercise
helps us sleep better! Sleep is an integral part of healing our whole
selves. The mind, the body, and the spirit. Sleep is a time of recovery. One
study I found said that 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity per week
can lead to a 65% improvement in sleep quality.
To get quality sleep is to
allow the physical body to recover from the day before. It allows the soul to
recover as well, and give the mind a break from any messages or feelings that
may come through to you at any given time. This allows some down time for your
energy field to go back to a regular state of being, to start fresh the
following day.
