My Top 10 High Vibrational Foods!

Let me take you back approximately 23 years, and we can start from the beginning. I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. I had my spleen removed and I went almost immediately into high doses of very strong chemotherapy, followed by radiation for over a year.

Once I completed treatments, and for a period of 10 years after that, I believed that I would never feel the same again. My immune system was destroyed, my energy was poor, and I had a variety of physical repercussions that I still deal with to this day! (Chemicals and a lot of pharmaceutical drugs can do that to a person)!

10 years ago I decided to try to take back my health for my daughter and for my husband. I finally had what I had always wanted, but I couldn’t take advantage of it. It was at this time that I also started to actually listen to my angels and my spiritual team, who had been chattering with me since the age of 5!

At this time, I knew and I felt that I had to switch everything that I put into my body to allow it to function at a better level. I was naturally blessed what is called a “higher vibration”, yet I still don’t know how or why! And in order for me to stay healthy, do my best work, and to help others, I need to feel good.

What are high vibrational foods you might ask? Well, in my world, this means that the foods have a positive and uplifting energy when you eat them. Remember, EVERYTHING is energy, and it all plays a role in how we feel on any given day. All foods enter into our body, and impact it more than anything else in this world. We can eat fresh and life giving foods, or we can eat cheap, fast and easy foods. I know that no one is perfect, so in reality, I try to go for the 70/30 rule. 70% high vibrational foods, and 30% whatever I have a serious craving for.

Just remember, you are what you eat… Have you ever stopped to really think about that? Food can affect every cell and system in your body. Your food choices can make you feel tired and bloated or light and energized. What you put into your body significantly contributes to your overall health and vitality and it can heal and protect your body from the inside out.

One of the easiest ways to upgrade your diet is by adding highly vibrational foods. These are some of the most nutrient dense foods in the world. They are real, unprocessed foods that are packed with vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and antioxidants that protect from free radicals.

Here is a list of my top high vibrational foods to help you feel your best, give you life giving energy, allow you to be alert, positive, and help you to respond to any daily challenges that you may run into! These foods also help you to raise your personal vibration, making it easier to connect with your spiritual team and your angels.

Top 10 High Vibrational Foods

     Blueberries
Blueberries are a great source of nutrients, including energy boosting manganese, fiber, and bone building vitamin K, commonly found in green leafy vegetables. It also has an abundance of free-radical fighting antioxidants that help with anti-aging, brain boosting, and a chronic disease fighting superstar.

A diet rich in blueberries may help to improve motor skills like balance and coordination, cognition, may help lower your risk of age related conditions like Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

They also appear to help inhibit the growth of certain cancer cells, such as those of the mouth, prostate, cervix, breast, and colon. They can also help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, while improving insulin sensitivity.

Camu Camu Berries
These are a Vitamin C super berry! Now, I haven’t found fresh berries where I live but you should always check around your area!  At times I will buy powdered versions of super-foods that I want and this is one of them! Traditionally, these berries have been used to support the immune system, help to fight cold and flu viruses, maintain healthy eyes, gums, and skin, and strengthen body tissues like collagen and ligaments!

This is a new and emerging super food but it is a great source of vitamin C, which is a water soluble vitamin that assists the growth and repair of body tissues. Vitamin C can combat the effects of oxidative stress on the body, and camu camu berry is one of the richest sources in the world. These also have strong inflammation fighting activities, they may help improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels and promote heart health. I recommend this brand here:

Kale
Kale is a powerhouse of health promoting nutrients and cancer-fighting phytochemicals! It is a cruciferous vegetable and it supports everything from healthy eyes and strong bones, to preventing chronic diseases!

Did you know that to activate the cancer fighting compounds in Kale you need to break down the tough cellular walls? To do this I always recommend blending it up lightly in your blender if you’re adding it to another food, chop it up with your knife, or add it to your homemade juice or smoothie!

Kale has many important nutrients such as vitamins A and C, and minerals like iron and calcium! Researchers have found that some of the compounds in kale can help bind to and eliminate substances in the body that can cause DNA damage and cancer, and can stop the growth of certain cancer cells!

Spinach
Spinach is a great super green for beginners (and children)! It’s milder tasting than other leafy greens so it’s an easy addition to any diet! One cup of spinach contains 15-20% of your daily vitamin A, 125% of your bone building vitamin K, and it delivers more than 100% of your daily iron needs!

Spinach may also help to lower the risk of high blood pressure and atherosclerosis, as well as diabetes. It also contains vitamin C, beta-carotene, folate, and magnesium.

Avocados
These are heart healthy superfoods! Avocados are incredibly nutrient dense fruits that contain nearly 20 different vitamins and minerals. They have nearly double the amount of potassium than a medium sized banana. They are also packed with folate, magnesium, and Vitamin E. They also have a lot of dietary fiber.

Studies have shown that including avocados in a diet lowered total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, while raising HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol). They are also full of powerful antioxidants that protect against cancer and heart disease.

Cacao
Cacao is a good for your body superfood! Two tablespoons of raw cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder contains 2 grams of protein and nearly 4 grams of dietary fiber. It’s a good source of minerals that include potassium, magnesium, iron, and calcium.

Researchers have found that consuming small amounts of cacao can help reduce blood pressure, lower total and LDL cholesterol, increase blood flow to the heart and make platelets less sticky and less likely to cause clots associated with heart attacks and strokes.

There is also some evidence that it may help boost mood and improve cognition. One study also found that cacao helped lessen the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome and lowered stress hormones like cortisol (that can increase abdominal fat)!

Cherries
Both sweet and sour cherries are nutrient packed and are great for your body super fruits! The compounds in cherries have been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells, improve heart health, help manage diabetes, and reduce inflammation.

Cherries, specifically the tart ones, are also a natural sleep aid! They contain high amounts of melatonin that helps regulate sleep and wake cycles. A study published in 2011 showed that participants that drank 1 ounce of organic tart cherry juice twice a day for seven days slept longer and had better quality of sleep than those who did not.

Pomegranates
These super fruits are a good source of fiber, vitamin C, and potassium. What makes these a superstar is the remarkable amounts of antioxidants and inflammation suppressing phytonutrients. There are over 120 different phytochemicals in pomegranates including heart healthy and cancer fighting flavonoids.

The antioxidants keep the heart and blood vessels healthy, they may help lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, and may reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol!

             Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are an excellent source of energy, providing 12 grams of carbohydrates and nearly 5 grams of protein in one ounce! They also contain iron, magnesium, and calcium. Although an ounce of these contains 8 grams of fat, more than 80% of that fat is in the form of omega 3 fatty acids, like ALA. They also contain about 10 grams of fiber per ounce, which equals out to 30-40% of your daily needs.

Because these little seeds expand when added to water, some experts believe they may slow the digestion of sugar into the bloodstream, benefiting those who are looking to lose weight and control blood sugars.

Flax Seeds
Flax seeds are an excellent source of heart healthy fiber and essential omega 3 fatty acids. They are also the riches known source of cancer fighting lignans, surpassing that of any other food. Just 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds supply about 6 grams of fiber, they are an excellent source of calcium, and are filled with the omega 3 fatty acids that your body needs.

These have been shown to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, can help lower LDL (bad) cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, and make platelets less sticky and less likely to cause clots that can lead to heart attack and stroke. They also have very strong anti-inflammatory properties.

Try to purchase as many of these items in it’s organic form to keep the vibration as high as possible and to protect your physical body from pesticides!

When you add these to your diet, please let me know how it goes!
